Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing Covid 19 crises all UK shipping will be by special delivery only. We will endeavour to post the goods the next working day after receiving the order. Also we will only process orders where only 1 size has been ordered per style.

UK MAINLAND

For orders placed before 12 noon on a working day, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within no more than 2-3 working days and usually next day. There is a standard mainland UK delivery cost. 

NORTHERN ISLAND/CHANNEL ISLANDS:

For orders placed before 12 noon on a working day, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within no more than 2-4 working days

EUROPE: 

For orders placed before 12 noon on a working day, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery costs will vary according to country of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL: 

For orders placed before 12 noon on a working day, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within between 2-7 working days. Delivery costs will vary according to country of receipt.

 

Tracking your delivery

You will be sent tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Note

During our busy sale period delivery may take a little longer than usual. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, this also applies to International locations. Some items may require a higher shipping charge usually by exception only and in this instance we will notify you by email. 

During our busy sale period, we are also extremely busy in store and so regrettably may not be able to fulfill every web order. Should this happen, we will contact you straight away and give you a full refund as soon as possible.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Ordering and Payment

To order and pay for goods online you will need to be a registered customer if you are not registered you will be invited to register.

When you have completed shopping by adding products to the shopping basket/bag please proceed to the checkout where shipping/delivery is added and finally payment is taken (VAT is automatically removed for non EU countries but otherwise it is included).

Voucher and promotional codes – Within the shop there is a voucher and/or promotional input field area this will activate the appropriate promotion activity be that discounts or product extras.

You order history will be added to your customer account details which you can access via your login.

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards payment is taken via Paypal and Shopify 

We do not accept bank transfers.
